Cnidoblasts or nematocysts is venomous cells possess by animals belonging to phylum Cnidaria. This cnidoblast cell helps the animal to capture prey or to defend themselves from predator. Venom produce by cnidoblasts are neurotoxic which immediately paralyzes the mobile prey.
