let A =60 ,B= 30

lhs = cos(A+B)

= cos(60+30)

=cos 90

=0

rhs = cos A+cos B

= cos 60+ cos 30

= 1/2+ root3/2

=(1+ root3)/2

therefore

lhs is not equal to rhs
