anna had accidently locked herself inside the car.
she was waiting for her parents to help her out she started feeling giddy, the moment the lock of the door clicked open, she took a deep breath, and then she felt better.
Why do you think she was feeling sick inside why?

When the car was locked, the air could not pass in and out and Anna used most of the oxygen present inside, the increased amount of co2 made her feel sick as she needed oxygen for breathing. When the door was opened she was in fresh air and felt fine again....
