Here it is given that , Annabelle arranged her 42 building blocks into 3 rows of 14 blocks. Then, she rearranged them into 6 rows of 7 blocks.

Since 42 = 3 × 14 & 42 =6 × 7

For this such arrangement was possible

Now 42 can be rewritten as

42 = 7 \times 6

42 = 14 \times 3

Hence the two other factor pairs Annabelle could use to help her rearrange the blocks again is
