It is given that anny walks at a speed of 10 m per minute.

Note : 1 km = 1000 m

So,
1 km 500 m = 1 km + 500 m

1 km 500 m = 1000 m + 500 m

1 km 500 m = 1500 m

Now,
= > Speed of Anny = 10 m / min

= > Distance / time = 10 m / min

= > Distance covered by Anny in 1 minute = 10 m

Multiply both sides by 150,

= > 150 x Distance covered by Anny in 1 minute = 150 x 10 m

= > Distance covered by Anny in 150 minutes = 1500 m

= > Distance covered by Anny in 150 minutes = 1km 5 m

And, 150 minutes = 60 minutes + 60 minutes + 30 minutes = 1 hour + 1 hour + 30 minutes = 2 hour 30 minutes = 2h 30min

Therefore,
Anny covers 1 km 500 m in 2h 30 min.

answer:

Priyadarshini Srichandan At'Po

Kumarbasta,Khordha.

Step-by-step explanation:

= Speed of anny 10 M/min

= Distance 1 KM 500 M

= Anny time will take to cover?

= 1 KM=1000M

= 1 Km 500 M=1500M

= Time = Distance / Speed

= 1500÷10/1

= 1500*1/10=150 min

or

2 hr 30 mins

Hence, anny 2 hrs 30 mins time will take to cover a distance of 1 Km 500 Metres.
