Answer:

No. of tiles= 300

Total cost= ₹22050

Step-by-step explanation:

length of room= 4m

Breadth of room= 3m

Area= l*b

= 12m²

=120000cm²

length of the side of the square tile(a)= 20cm

Area= a²

=20*20

=400cm²

No. of tiles required= 120000/400

=300

cost of one tile= ₹73.50

No. of tiles= 300

Total cost= ₹ 73.50*300

= ₹22050

Hope this helps...

Answer:

Area of the floor in Anoop's room=3 m× 4 m= 300 cm×400 cm=120000 sq.cm

Area of the square tiles=20 cm×20 cm=400 sq.cm

No.Of square tiles required=120000 sq.cm÷400 sq.cm=300 tiles

Cost of each tile=Rs.73.50

Money Anoop will spent=300 × 73.50=Rs.22050
