8x²+32x+21-12x²-24x-10=0

-4x²+8x+12=0

-(4x²-8x-12)=0

4x²-8x-12=0/-

4x²-8x-12

4x²-(12-4)x-12

4x²-12x+4x-12

4x(x-8)+4(x-8)

(4x+4)(x-8)

4x+4=0 x-8=0

4x=-4 x=8

x=-4/4
