  \frac{8 {a}^{3}}{27}  =   \frac{ {(2a)}^{3} }{ {3}^{3} }
and

 \frac{ {b}^{3} }{8}   =  { ( \frac{b}{2} )}^{3}
this become a³-b³ form.....

then use the formula to solve this
