option A is correct because ammeter and voltmeter is connected correct

anonymous369: because negative and positive terminal are wrong in voltmeter

hemalekha: the negitive terminal is connected to negitive so current will not pass

a is the answer as voltmeter is always parallel while ammeter is always in series
