The two are not of the same concentration. As Ramesh dissolve 10g glucose in 100g of solvent (water) While Sarika dissolves 10g glucose in 100g of solution.In actual, Sarika makes a solution of 10℅mass by mass where as Ramesh makes the wrong solution because it take mass of solvent 100g but actually 100g is mass of both solvent and solute.

Therefore, both show different concentration.
