1. The defeat of imperial germany gave an opportunity to others political leaders to form a new german polity
2. As the germany was defeated I had to give 76% of its iron and 25% of its coal to France , Denmark and Lithuania. Then the German politicians decided to meet at qismat and form a new republic with new leaders.
3. As the Germany was defeated in 1st world war . Hitler was very angry with defeat as well as treaty . He decided that he will use a greater army to win this time.
