a.. the first one was..his obligations towards his family ..as a father,as a husband, as a brother or as a son..

while the second one was..his obligations towards his country...as a responsible countrymen...

b.. the author described it in a very drastic way...he showed that how a younge one passes through the fear in taking his first step..

c.. this is so because of her essay in which she had written that her talkative nature is her hereditary issue..

d.. she was worried because tricki was being less enthusiastic also not showing interest in any thing....tricki stopped eating even it's favourite dishes.thats why Mrs pumphrey was worried about him.
