When amoeba comes in contact with the food particle , wo pseupodia would develop and enlarge so as to engulf food . The pseupodia meet enclosing the food inside the food particle inside the cell of amoeba is known as endocytotoxic.
Once the food particle taken inside cytoplasm surrounding the food releases some enzymes that can digest food. Enzymes are special organic chemicals which help in breaking down complex food.once digestion is completed the digested food is absorbed by the cytoplasm surrounding the food vacuole.
