Respected Sir,

As you might also have noticed,  this is to let you aware, there is a major problem installing an Elevator Lift at our bank branch, due to shortage of required space.

Recently, some of the senior citizens,  who are our elite customers, have complained that they are unable to climb the long stairs to third storey, and it would be good if we can have a provision for a ramp along the stairs as it is less painful.

Hence, I request you to please take this into consideration as early as possible and take necessary steps to address our customers who are having this major problem
