angular velocity is the rate of change of angular displacement with time .

Given that both particles complete one circle in the same time 't'

angular speed of particle 1 :

( angle sustended by the car for one revolution 2π) / (time taken 't')

angular speed of 1st object is 2π/t

angular speed of 2nd object is 2π/t

therefore ratio of angular speed of first particle to second particle is (2π/t) / (2π/t)

= 1 : 1
