Answer:

Hi mate!

Step-by-step explanation:

Given :- AOB is a straight line and rays OC , OD and OE stand on it , forming Angle AOC , Angle COD and DOE and And Angle EOB.

To prove :- Angle AOC + Angle COD + Angle EOB + Angle DOE = 180°

Proof :- Ray OC stands on line AB.

Therefore,

Angle AOC + Angle COB = 180°

=> Angle AOC + ( Angle COD + Angle DOE + Angle EOB ) = 180° [ Since Angle COB = Angle COD + Angle DOE + Angle EOB )

=> Angle AOC + Angle COD + Angle DOE + Angle EOB = 180°

Hence,

The sum of all the angles formed on the same side of a line AB at a point O on it is 180°.

Answer :

We form a triangle ABC , As :

Here line l | | m

We take AB as transversal line and get

∠ 1 = ∠ BAC ----- ( 1 ) ( Alternate interior angles )

And

Take AC as transversal line and get

∠ 2 = ∠ BCA ----- ( 2 ) ( Alternate interior angles )

And

∠ BAC + ∠ ABC + ∠ BCA = 180° ( Sum of all internal angles of triangle is 180° )

Substitute values from equation 1 and 2 and get

∠ ABC + ∠ 1 + ∠ 2 = 180°

So, We can say Sum of these angle is a straight line ( l ) ( Hence proved)
