  • Divide the hexagon Rangoli (i) into six triangle parts as shown in figure.
  • Than calculate the area of equilateral triangle of taking side = 5cm of hexagon side in figure
  • Than calculate rangoli area by : multiplying all six equilateral triangles in that rangoli
  • Than calculate the area of 1cm side of equilateral triangle by taking side as 1 cm ( as per question)
  • Than find the required number of such 1cm side of equilateral triangles that can get into the Rangoli.

Area of Rangoli ÷ Area of equilateral triangles of 1cm .

The required answer u will get is 150 such triangles.
