how can volt determined
the parallel connection adds upto 50 and that 50 ohm is in series with 100 ohm.
now as the 50 ohm and 100ohm are in series the current across them is the same only the voltage is different
total resistance =150ohm so current = 6/150=0.004A
we know that V=IR so vlotage across the 100 ohm resistor is = I×R=0.004×100=4V
