In the distance-time graph, car A is moving faster. As it is moving in an uniform speed and the other one is moving in a speed lower than the uniform speed.

HOPE IT'LL HELP...:)

We know slope of distance time graph show speed.

Now,

Slope = perpendicular /base

And perpendicular / base = tan theta

So slope = tan theta.

Slope = distance /time = speed

In this way,

Speed = tan theta. - - - - (1)

Now,

By trigonometry we know as theta increase value of its tan increase.

From (1) we can say tan theta is directly proportional to speed (for this graph).

Therefore, when angle increases speed increase.

Now angle of A is greater so tan of A is greater and so its speed is greater.

Thus,

"A" IS MOVING FASTER OF HAS GREATER SPEED.

Hope this helps you...
