1. When did time begin ?
2. From where did people get the idea of 'counting' ?
3. How many " illions " ( or whatever ) can we count after a Trillion ?
4. Why do some people say that we make our own future , but some of them say that our future is already decided ??
5. Why are there these lines on our palm ?
Answers
1)Time began with the formation of the Universe.
If you are talking about the measurement of time, it began in Egypt with the invention of Sundials.
2)I think counting began bcz of greed of humans. A person always want to posses more than others. So they began counting their things in order to compare their possessions from others. As you can take my example, When I was a kid, I learned to compare and count things in an abstract way. Without even knowing maths and numbers,I used to compare my chocolates, biscuits, marbles etc etc with my siblings.
Later I learned numbers so as to remember the exact amount. Similarly, you can corelate our ancestors and their needs for counting things. They also used abstract methods such as tally marks on bones, rocks etc.
3)instead of asking this childish question, you could have studied some Chemistry -_-

It begins with million, then billion and trillion
Notice the first two three letters, you can relate with things you have studied in chemistry and maths.
bi- two
tri- three
quad- four
pent or quint -five
hex or sex -six
hept-seven
So it will continue like
Million, billion, trillion, quadrillion, pentillion or quintillion, hexillion or sexillion, heptillion etc...
But these are just names, nobody literally use such big values .
4)According to me everything that happens is circumstantial, whatever happens is just the outcome of the circumstances we are facing.
You can also say that it's predefined in some way or the others. At personal level, what you sow is what you get, think of a seed and a tree, Similarly if you relate everything that's happening with you with your past life and at universal level, then you can say that it was predefined and is the outcome of what you did in your previous life. It's not something spiritual, It can be scientifically proved with multiverse theory which is yet to be proved and scientist are working upon it.
Whatever little things you do in your life affects your future the next minute, next second or the next day , similarly a bigger force may be acting that decides the condition you are in right now, the parents you have got, the place you are born. And the boyfriend you have got.
नहीं समझ aayega, it requires a brain and some physics knowledge. Better read some scientific novels. (not scifi).

Lines on our palms is nothing but just a gift of continuous evolution.
When ealry humans(not necessarily homo sapiens) started grasping things with their hands, their hands started to get those lines and curves at the place of conjunction. Fist your palm and then you can see that your skin will be stretched inwards along those lines, so they are not related to any superstitions or pseudoscience, it's just a pure biological phenomena which is the result of evolution and our genes still carries those.
