Heya !!!

Take one pair of shoes as 'x'
man as 'y'
and vessel as 'z'

Now at 1st line
x + x + x = 30 \\  \\ 3x = 30 \\  \\ x =  \frac{30}{3}  \\  \\ x = 10
so (one pair of shoes) = x = 10

Now in 2nd line
man is having vessel (hanged on his neck)
so, man is 'y'and vessel = 'z'
so man with vessel = (y+z)
x + (y + z) + (y + z) = 20 \\  put \:  \: value \:  \: of \: x \:  = 10 \\  \\ 10 + 2(y + z) = 20 \\  \\ 2(y + z) = 20 - 10 \\  \\ 2(y + z) = 10 \\  \\ (y + z) =  \frac{10}{2}  \\  \\( y + z) = 5

so man with vessel =(y+z) = 5

Now in 3rd line
(man with vessel) + (2 vessels )+(2vessels) = 13

man = y and vessel = z

man with vessel = (y+z)
so \\ ( y+z ) + 2z + 2z = 13 \\  \\ put \:  \: value \:  \: of \: (y + z) = 5 \\  \\ 5 + 2(2z) = 13 \\  \\ 5 + 4z = 13 \\  \\ 4z = 13 - 5 \\  \\ 4z = 8 \\  \\ z =  \frac{8}{4}  \\  \\ z = 2

so z = 2
as (y+z) = 5 ,and z = 2
so,
y+2 = 5
y = 5 - 2
y = 3

so man without vessel = 3

so,
(one pair of shoes) = x = 10
(man without vessel) = y = 3
(vessel) = z = 2

Now in 4th line
the man is having no vessel

one pair of shoes = x = 10
man = y = 3
vessel = z = 2

so,
x + y  \times z \\  \\ 10 + 3 \times 2 \\ using \:  \: bodmas \:  \: rule \\ (3 \times 2 = 6) \\  \\  \\ 10 + 6 = 16

So 16 is the final answer

Hope it helps
