TO Get to the Answer, You should have knowledge about the Wheatstone Bridge, and Parallel Series connection.
First, Enumerate all the Resistors as i did in the figure from 1 to 7.
Then, Observe whatever current comes in 2 goes into 3 without being distributed anywhere which means they are in Series
Same Goes for 5 and 6 Resistors.
After, solving these series resistors we obtain the second figure . It's clear that 2nd figure is a Balanced Wheatstone Bridge and so the middle Resistor is dropped from it.
Now, The Resultant Resistance between A and B can be calculated as shown in the figure easily as 2R
