24 - 4 = 6 (given)
but, 24 ÷ 4 = 6

And, 18 ÷ 2 = 20 (given)
but, 18 + 2 = 20

Similarly,

and,

So in question 1 :-

9 ÷ 18 - 2 × 4 + 3

=> 9 + 18 ÷2 - 4 × 3 (See above)

By BODMAS,

=> 9 + 9 - 12

=> 18 - 12

= 6

Second question :-

2000 - 200 ÷ 20 × 2 + 15

=> 2000 ÷200 + 20 - 2 × 15

Again, by BODMAS

=> 10 + 20 - 30

=> 0
