Since, F is constant:

Work done by Force F is given by :
F*s where
F: Force applied
s : Displacement in the direction of force!

W = F * s (Valid only when F is constant)
= F * R sin 60°
= F√3/2 R
=√3/2FR

Work done by the Horizontal force in pulling the block from A to B is FR√3/2 .
