Area of minor segment= area of sector-area of triangle

=theta/360×πr^2 - 1/2×base×height

=90/360×22/7×7×7 - 7

=1/4×22×7 - 7

=77/2 - 7

=(77-14)/2

=63/2

=31.5 cm^2

Area of major segment= area of circle - area of minor segment

=πr^2 - 31.5

=22/7×7×7 - 31.5

=154-31.5

=122.5 cm^2
