they can't leave their fix place so r of fix shape...

2) coz they are having molecules in free state....

3) coz it have holes which trap air and so we can compress it...

Because solid's molecules are tight and gasaes have not any fixed shape of molecule and in sponge molecules are lessed packed tightly than in comparison of solid
