probably the left and right hemispheres will fly away from each other because of 0 gravitional force in space as the earths gravity is in the centre on the celestial object and you not exactly divided it but made 2 parts of that center therefor maybe asian countries and parts of african countries would be in one side and american continent and europe would be in another part earth would not remain 1 celestial object also when the earth would be made in 2 hemispheres then the gravity of those two hemisphere would be 1/4th then that of the earth as 1 planet

Gravity of Earth is reduced due to less mass (or hole). So the size of Biosphere will increase. Biosphere will expand.  Perhaps the temperatures will drop somewhat.  Magnetism may not be affected much.

=====
The Earth rotates from West to East ..

If we ASSUME that Earth is NOT inclined by 17 deg. to the line of North pole - South pole line, then the rotation of Earth around itself is not affected. Reason is that the hole is symmetric around the North pole - South pole line.

The magnetism of Earth is not affected.

If any objects are dropped into the hole, they will oscillate around the center of Earth in a simple harmonic motion (due to gravity).

The seasons are created due to revolution of Earth around Sun. So they are not affected.

The polar ice caps will not be there. The Earth will perhaps get warmed up.

Perhaps the Earth's core will get cooled due to radiation/dissipation of heat through the hole.

=====

In reality, Earth is inclined 17 deg to the North South pole line, the hole will create imbalance in its rotation about itself and revolution around Sun. The hole could create a lot of Earthquakes. That would disturb life on Earth.
