t7-t5=12
t3=a+(3-1)d
16=a+2d
a=16-2d............ (1)
t7-t5=12
a+(7-1)d-[a+(5-1)d]=12
a+6d-[a+4d]=12
a+6d-a-4d=12
2d=12
d=6
Put d=6 in 1
a=16-15 (6)
=16-90
= -74
