1a.) It can be done by crystallization, filltration, or sublimation . The easiest methode among the three is separation by sublimation. Ammonium chloride sublimes upon heating.

1b.) Butter can be separated from curd by the process of Centrifugation. The principle behind this process is that the densre particles are forced to the bottom and the lighter particles stay at the top when spun rapidly.

1c.) If you mix water and oil together and shake it, after sometime you will see a layer of oil on the top of the water and the all you need to do is to remove the layer of oil.

1d.) The mixture of acetone and water is separated by the process called fractional distillation.

1e.) separation of components of air by the process called fractional distillation. In this process, air is liquified under high pressure. Then it is boiled and depending upon the boiling point of fractions (gases), the components are separated.
