Look, there's a theorem that states that angle subtended by an arc on a circle is half of the angle subtended by same arc at centre of the circle. I used that. Can't prove the entire theorem now.

for (b)

I guess you know, for cyclic quads, sum of interior opp angles = 180°. Used that. <APD and <ABD are opp. So <APD = 180° - <ABD =<DBC (as ABC is a Straight line) =116°.
