In olden days,men and women had 'fixed' roles to play,'fixed' jobs to do.Do you think there should be a change in this today ?

In olden days , men and women had 'fixed roles and jobs '. This means that It was the jov of the mother to care and nurture the family and behave like a caring wife ,daughter, mother, daughter in law ,etc .Whereas men was supposed to be valorous and protect the country and Overall be the bread winner of the family.
Somewhat change has come to this thinking of society . Now women are joining Army as well men has tried to be in partnership of being homemaker .
This is good because -
1)It gave a fair chance to the women to prove themselves.
2)It strongered the feeling of love between the family.
3)It made the society realise the importance of women.
4)Educated and worthwhile women have proved to be better asset to the economy.
5)The country can yield in human resources.
