Inductive effect =The permanent electron displacement along a chain due to the presence of Polar covalent bond is known as inductive effect .
Resonance or mesomeric effect = When a single structure fails to explain the known properties of a compound, a number of structures on the basis of the octet rule are given which explain most of the properties but not all the known properties of the compound. This phenomena is called resonance or mesomeric effect .
Electromeric effect = This is temporary effect which involves the complete transference of the shared pair of electrons to either of the two atoms linked by multiple bonds on the demand of attacking reagent .
Hyper conjugation = It is Electronic interaction occurring between a double bond in a compound and a carbon hydrogen single bond in an attached alkyl group .
Hope it helps
