yes bcoz in some areas like haryana and punjab most farmers have large lands but in states like bihar and odisha farmers have very small area of land and in states like JK and Arrunachal pradesh the land is not accessible due to high mountaians and very cold xlimate.hence there is unequal distribution of land in india
