Heya mate....

this is your desired equation

So2 + h2o = h2so3

so2 + cao = caso3

change in composition may affect the result

shehnaaz22: and why does an aqueous sol. of an acid conduct electricity?
rupali8153gmailcom2: I have answered plz see
rupali8153gmailcom2: If u find my answer helpful mark it as brainliest
Sanya729: wait I'll tell
Sanya729: as an aqueous Sol contains h+ ions
Sanya729: their movement contributes to the conduction of electricity
rupali8153gmailcom2: Ur right then why u asked question
Sanya729: who
rupali8153gmailcom2: not u sneha

SO2 +H2O gives H2SO3
SO2+Ca(OH)2 gives CaSO3 +H2O

In first equation an acid is formed and In second equation CaSO3 is formed

B) Aqueous solution of acid conduct electricity because it contains H^+ ions which are good conductor of electricity and contains so.e free electrons

Sanya729: ca(oh)2 ...??it's calcium hydroxide not LIMEWATER
rupali8153gmailcom2: calcium hydroxide is also called lime water
Sanya729: what's slaked
rupali8153gmailcom2: it is CaO
Sanya729: ok
