Explain Tennis court oath.

On 20 June 1789, the members of the French Estates-General for the Third Estate, who had begun to call themselves the National Assembly, took the Tennis Court Oath vowing "not to separate, and to reassemble wherever circumstances require, until the constitution of the kingdom", so it is important.
The Tennis Court Oath was important historical event during the first days of the French Revolution. The Oath was a pledge signed by 576 of the 577 members from the Third Estate, the only member of the Third Estate commitee who didn't sign the oath was Joseph Martin-Dauch.
