According to first condition,
b = 4a ------(1)
According to second condition,
( 10b + a) - (10a + b) = 54
=> 10b + a - 10a - b = 54
=> 9b - 9a = 54
=> b - a = 6
=> 4a - a = 6 ( using equation 1)
=> 3a =6
=> a = 2

Unit place digit = 8
Required number = 2 × 10 +8 = 20 +8 = 28
