 \frac{2}{5}  \times ( -  \frac{3}{7}) -  \frac{1}{9}   \times  \frac{6}{7}  +  \frac{1}{14}  \times  \frac{2}{5}

 =  \frac{2}{5}  \times ( -  \frac{3}{7} ) -  \frac{1}{3}  \times  \frac{2}{7}  +  \frac{1}{7} \times  \frac{1}{5}

 =  -  \frac{6}{35}  -  \frac{2}{21}  +  \frac{1}{35}

 =   \frac{ - 18 - 10 + 3}{105}

 =  \frac{ - 28 + 3}{105}

 =  -  \frac{25 }{105}

 =  -  \frac{5}{21}
