Disguised Unemployment:

(i)   A situation wherein marginal productivity of labour is zero. It is not visible and found among wage earners, mostly in agriculture.

(ii)  It is mostly found in agriculture

(iii) It is found in rural sectors only.

 (iv) The work requires the service of five people but engages eight people.

Seasonal Unemployment:

(i) Getting employment only for the part of the year in certain sectors, like agriculture is called seasonal unemployment.

(ii) It is mostly found in agro-based industry.

(iii) It is found both in rural as well as urban areas.

(iv) There are certain busy seasons when sowing, harvesting, weaving and threshing is done.

Seasonal unemployement is people are not able to find jobs during some months, people who depend on agriculture generally  face these problems, certain months they will be busy and certain months not much work people in rural areas face this mostly. 

 Disguised unemployment is when more number of people working though not needed, extra peoples work does not add to the contribution made by others, the extras are disguised unemployed , usually happens among family members, engaged in agricultural activities.
