let rational number be x.

A to Q,,
(x \times \frac{5}{2 } ) + \frac{2}{3} = - \frac{7}{12}
 \frac{5}{2 } \times x = - \frac{7}{12} - \frac{2}{3}
on solving we get that,

5/2*x=-15/12=-5/4
so, x=-5/4*2/5
then we get x=- 1/2.
