as oil can make the vehicle skid on the road but when we separate sand on it it prevent the vehicles from skidding as sand is solid and that was submitted over the wall which is liquid and both get mixed and no skidding will be there

the sand and the oil both would get mixed and the surface would get rough so it  doesnt allow the vehicle to skid
