Answer :-

 x^2 - 3ax + 2a^2

Given :-
 \alpha = a
 \beta = 2a

To find :-
The required quadratic polynomial.

Solution:-

Let the zeroes of required polynomial be \alpha\:  and\  \textless \ br /\  \textgreater \  \: \beta

The required quadratic polynomial is given by :-
 x^2 - (\alpha + \beta ) x + \alpha \beta
 x^2 -( a +2a) x + a \times 2a
 x^2 - 3ax + 2a^2

The required quadratic polynomial is :-
 \mathbb\red{x^2 - 3ax + 2a^2}
