1) 45% 2) Loam 3) Percolation 4) Fertility 5) Topsoil

Explanation:

1) Mineral matters in soil consist of particles of different sizes. Major mixtures of soils are sands when it is 70% and above and clay not more than 15%, clays not less than 40% of clay size, and loams that are a complex mixture of the three, i.e., sand, clay, and mineral matters.

2) (i) Loamy soil is a mixture of sand, clay, silt and humus in the right proportions. (ii) Loamy soil is a mixture of large and small rock particles which impart it the desired properties. (iii) Loamy soil has the right water-holding capacity for the growth of plants. (iv)The excess water can also drain out through it easily.

3) Movement of water into soil is called infiltration, and the downward movement of water within the soil is called percolation, permeability or hydraulic conductivity.

4) A fertile soil has the following properties: The ability to supply essential plant nutrients and water in adequate amounts and proportions for plant growth and reproduction.

5) Soil erosion refers to the wearing away of a field's topsoil by the natural physical forces of water, wind or through farming activities such as tillage (depth, direction and timing of plowing, the type of tillage equipment and the number of passes) and the clearing of vegetation.

I AM SO SORRY I DON'T KNOW TRUE AND FALSE :(
