\huge{\boxed{\mathtt{\red{ANSWER}}}}

Let roots are a and b .

sum of roots = -b/a = -5

product of roots = c/a = -4

now , we know that

(a-b)² = (a+b)²-4ab

(a-b)² = (-5)² -4(-4) = 25+16 = 41

(a-b) = 41 = 6.4

(a+b) = -5

2a = 1.4

a = 0.7

b = - 5.7

so,

a+2/3 = 2.7/3 = 0.9

b+2/3 = -3.7/3 = -1.2

sum of roots = 0.9-1.2 = -0.3

product = -1.08

eqn. whose roots are

-sum of roots(x) + product of roots = 0

-0.3x -1.08 = 0
