Pythagorean triplets are such that

 a^{2} + b^{2} = c^{2}

where c represents the hypotenuse while a and b are the legs of the right triangle.

Taking option A:

a = 3, b = 4, c = 5

 a^{2} + b^{2} = 3^{2}+4^{2} = 9 + 16 = 25

 c^{2}  = 5^{2} = 25

Now since  a^{2} + b^{2} = c^{2}

a, b, c are Pythagorean triplets.
