1. The theme of the poem ozymandias is that nothing can withstood the ravages of time. Each and everything no matter how powerful it is will come to an end oneday. This poem is written by PB Shelley on a king known as ozymandias also known by the name Ramses II.

2. Yes Ozymandias epitome of self-absorbed megalomaniac which is visible in the lines of the author and there is also a line which says I am ozymandias the King of kings. So this shows the arrogance of the king.
