1. Carbon dioxide dissolves in water by diffusion. In nature, this process helps to regulate the world's carbon dioxide supplies as the the gas dissolves in water..oxygen also dissolves in water. It is this dissolves oxygen that fish breathe ( they dont extract from the water molecules themselves.

2.After breathing in Oxygen, it from the atmosphere diffuses from the alveoli of the lungs into the blood stream, and changes from one phase, a gas into a liquid
