a) damage will occur! when u stare directly at the sun.it destroys the rods and cones of the retain and can create a small blind spot in the central vision know as a scotoma

B) shadows are made by blocking light. light rays travel from a source in straight line. shadows are formed when an opaque object or material is placed in the path of rays of light

c) translucent objects allow some light to travel through them. transparent materials almost all of it passes directly through them.opaque objects block light from travelling through them
