Father's Help Is a short story written by R.K. Narayan. In This Story Swami's Father Is A most Important Character.
Swami is a boy who wants to stay away from school.for that he started several Excuse. Firstly He excused that he has headache but when his father came in house he forbade to roaming in Sundays then he will not get headache on Monday.so it is a superb opinion from a ideal father.when he said he is late for school then father said you should tell the teacher about his headache.so it is also a good opinion.
Then swami started a new excuse about teacher Samuel. But his father knows his son goodly because he was a ideal father.so he proposed to compose a letter to the headmaster.so it is a prove of literacy of his father.he knew that swami will not give it to headmaster after that composed it.when actually the teacher was in holidays.
At last when father got the letter back he snatched it and tore it up. Because he went furious.
so according to the whole story every steps of Swami's Father is completely correct as a Idea father.
