❤Good Morning dear Friend,

#1.)our Kidneys help remove waste products, such as urea and creatinine from our body.urea and other waste are made when the body breaks down protein, such as meat.
As kidney function decreases, the levels of Urea and creatinine increases into our blood.
The creatinine level into our blood is very useful measure of kidney function which is measured by simple blood test.

urea is used as fertilizer in our fields.

#2.)Nephron is the functional unit of kidney.
Those hormones which act on the Nephron=>>>>

the first hormone is aldosterone which acts on the collecting duct, and causes the body to retain more water.blood pressure increases when the body retain more water.Aldosterone is the part of renin angiotensin aldosterone system.

The 2nd hormone is antidiuretic hormone which causes increase water reabsorption at the collecting duct.
more ADH is secreted when the body needs to retain more water and this will lead to concentrated urine.

Renin is secreted In response to reduced blood volume.

Angiotensin two(11),Atrial natriuretic peptide also play their own role.

The kidneys excrete a variety of waste products produced by metabolism into the urine. These include the nitrogenouswastes urea, from protein catabolism, and uric acid, from nucleic acid metabolism.

The Kidney has two main functions, it removes metabolic waste from the body through the process of excretion and it regulates the water and ion content in the blood. The excretion is of a dilute solution called urine which contains urea, mineral ions, water and other foreign chemicals from the blood.
