if 2x+3y=26,xy=2 find the value of
4 {x}^{2}  + 9 {y}^{2}

So squaring on both sides.
(2x + 3y)^2 = (26)^2
(2x)^2 + (3y) + 2*2x*3y = 676
4x^2 + 9y^2 + 12xy = 676
4x^2 + 9y^2 + 12*2 = 676
4x^2 + 9y^2 + 24 = 676
4x^2 + 9y^2 = 676 - 24
4x^2 + 9y^2= 652
